This Agreement is entered into between TideviewSigns.com ("Company") and the undersigned Agent/Broker ("Client"). By signing below, Client authorizes Tideview Signs to install and remove real estate sign posts.

Every post price includes a new post, installation, 90 days up, and removal.
Standard post (white PVC cap) - $95
Lit post (solar light) — Most Popular - $129
24-hour rush install - +$35
Second post (waterfront or corner lot) - +$75
Extra time after 90 days - $20 / month
Sign storage - $20/month
Pay by: card (Square or Cash), Venmo, or Zelle. A card is kept on file for replacement fees only (see Terms)
