This Agreement is entered into between TideviewSigns.com ("Company") and the undersigned Agent/Broker ("Client"). By signing below, Client authorizes Tideview Signs to install and remove real estate sign posts.

Flat-Rate Service Pricing
$199 Flat Rate
Includes installation, PVC post for 90 days and removal of post.
Extra sign on property is helpful for water front properties for double exposure $95.
LED light instead of plain PVC cap $55.
24 hour fast installation fee $45.
Storage for your signs available $20 monthly.
Additional $95 will be charged if the sign is not able to be picked up, damage, or missing.
