Service. Tideview Signs installs a Tideview-owned PVC post at the listing, hangs the client's sign, and removes the post when requested. The post stays Tideview property.
Term. Price covers 90 days. After that, $20 per month until removal is requested.
Permission. Client confirms the seller has approved the sign and is responsible for any HOA or town rules. [Handwritten addition:] or violations
Underground lines. Client notes any sprinklers, invisible fences, or lighting in the order. Tideview is not responsible for unmarked private lines.
Card on file. A card is saved at checkout. It is charged only for the fees below.
Replacement fee. If a post is missing, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear at removal, the card on file is charged $150 (standard post) or $175 (lit post). Tideview photographs every post at install and removal.
Deposit. For new clients, Tideview may require a $100 refundable deposit, returned when the post is removed undamaged.
Sign storage. $20 per month. Signs unclaimed 60 days after removal may be discarded.
